          Description

          We have HumaCount Model 5L and it is LIS with (HL7 and standard serial protocol). we have installed Senaite Health and it is now ready to connect to 5L instrument (24 parameter blood testing instrument)

          Attached are two files:

          HumaCount 5L and raw data export from the instrument.

            I had to convert the input file from txt to csv manually because I could not find a way get the contents into a spreadsheet because when I download it the tabs are converted to spaces. Any know where the original file came from? If so, please email it to me

            As code to clone, probably bets to use the instrument in the 'spec', the COBAS® AmpliPrep and Taqman®, - it has it's own request with results file at https://jira.bikalabs.com/browse/HEALTH-309. https://jira.bikalabs.com/secure/attachment/12057/Ampliprep%20Results.CSV

            Parser should be in the code

            Our parsers look for results files in a dedicated folder per chron job - if you can get the instrument do just save the results there we are home. The Froid Connector picks the the files up there, and passes it to an Mediator to convert the data to HL7 FHIR.

            Hi Anousak Souphavanh, you well?

            Going OK here, slowly chipping away. We might have a sponsor for the ASTM channel and the Roche Cobas e411 which reminded me that we Mahosot's full Instrument catalogue, and especially the 3 high volume instruments' CSV formats.

            Please see if you can attach those here too please. Maybe we can do them in one go. Inus Scheepers is going to have a look. Mike was nearly done, but travelling at the moment
