      Description

Biggy, please break down as required.

Please read the attached, translated and condensed form the lab's feedback

      • ELISATestReportExplained is an overview
      • ElisaCalculationExampleBE0107-14AnonymisedTranslated shows the formulas in action. I did not quite get all of it. Original is in dropbox specs/ELISA
      • ELISACalculations contains 5 sheets for different diseases, different formulas

We can have lots of fun with the 2D presentation of the wells. Depending budget

I think the workflow looks like this - much of it automated. Also see spectrometer interface

      • Preparation
      • Plate reading
      • Calculations
      • Assay Validation
      • Interpretation of Results

      To be continued... <grin>

          Some technical thoughts:

          • We need to add calculation capabilities at Worksheet level. New "Calculations" view in Worksheet Template.
          • Add a "Worksheet dependent" Y/N option in AS. The results introduction will only be allowed at WS level for those AS with this option set to 'Y' (results introduction at AR level not allowed).
          • AS-level calculations omitted for WS-dependent ASes. Use Worksheet Template-calcs instead.
          • KPC, EPC, ENC, IPC and INC are 'regular' reference samples, The reference 'raw-results' are used for assay validation and results interpretation via WS Calculations.
          • Need to add additional fields in worksheet template (u/well, etc). This information will be displayed later in the Worksheet (and in the WS report).
          • New WS-reporting machinery and workflow.
