Allow to hide analyses in results reports

    Details

    • Type: Improvement
    • Status: Closed
    • Priority: Minor
    • Resolution: Fixed
    • Affects Version/s: 3.1.2, 3.1.5
    • Fix Version/s: 3.1.8

      Description

In some cases dependant analysis results of the main analysis are not always required to get publish in the report. For example, if somebody asks for total hardness, they may only want the report of "Total Hardness" and not also the values of Calcium and Magnesium required in the calculation.

The publishing template may have an on/off switch to enable and disable publishing dependant analysis results in the report.

This might become a nice add-on to the work in "graceful-publish" branch.

Additionally, it will be nice to have in the "Service Dependencies alert" a check-box next to the AS name to hide/show it in the report.

Please, create a new ticket for this.

What is the actual tab "Results not requested"?

Something related with ARImport I guess. lemoene?

"Results not requested" are those results produced by instruments regardless whether the client ordered it or not, e.g. the Foss WineScan that can analyse samples for up to 30 components. "Results not requested" will list these that the client did not order and they are not allowed to see it. Should they follow up and phone in for further analysis, results already availalable on these tabs can be published to them (and they be billed for)

Then in "Results not requested" should be shown analyses names and results that were marked for not printing in the new tab "Results Options".

This error comes up when changing the "hidden status" before/after receiving the sample. In this case the "Calcium Analysis" was automatically added when selecting "Calcium Hardness" (Calcium goes as a dependant analysis).
