      Is it important to included the organism's Group?

      This is not included in the results we'll be importing. Adding it asks for a customization

      Maybe you can attache shortened list of organisms of all the organisms and their groups to the emails, the top ones we identified earlier

      Ditto re importance of inclusion?
      In this case though I'll experiment with adding it manually in the COA footer or email body each time as a workaround

      I'll try to fit this into Bika's Analysis Specifications, How are these interpreted and indicated on the COA?

          Vets will make decisions based on the organisms' grouping, so we do kinda need it. There is a rather convoluted formula referencing a hidden sheet - but am sure you would probably come up with something more sophisticated!

          Ditto for the table below results. Gives vets and farmers snapshots of herd health. Eg, always aim for <5% STA (Staphylococcus aureus)

          if score is <1,7 = No reliable identification
          if score is < 0 = No peaks found.

          These all will require customisations. I'll draw up a customisation vs workaround table soon, what do you think of these workarounds here:

          Organism group

          I assume there is one to many relationship between groups and genus?

          The group abbreviation is short enough to use it as a prefix on the genus? e.g.

          CNS Staphylococcus chromogenes
          COR Corynebacterium bovis

          Infection statistics snapshot

          Am I correct in that this is a summary of all the results? Then that can be calculated in a spreadsheet and inserted in the body of the email for now

          Note to self, investigate including Sample attachments in the COA. Is done elsewhere in Bika
